For Friday, Jan. 10

Death Investigation

At 7:26 a.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of an 85-year-old man. Next of kin has been notified.

Domestic Dispute

At 10:17 p.m. on Friday, 49-year-old Oran McGraw was arrested for trespassing on Crow Hill Drive for trespassing and 61-year-old Joni Williams was arrested for domestic violence trespassing. Both were taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 1:47 p.m. on Friday, 41-year-old Clinton Daniels was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being involved in a motor vehicle collision on Kanata Street. He was taken to LCCC.

Fight

At 2:14 p.m. on Friday, 41-year-old Benjamin Stepetin was arrested for felony assault on Seward Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury

At 9:28 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision. Two people were taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for evaluation.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 3:46 p.m. on Friday, a 22-year-old female reported a motor vehicle collision involving a vehicle and property at a business on Glacier Highway.

Police Assist

At 10:54 a.m. on Friday, JPD assisted another agency with the recovery of a stolen firearm on Dixon Street.

Trespassing

At 9:28 a.m. on Friday, 41-year-old Jessica Bell, 37-year-old Brittany Paul, 34-year-old Dillon Walter and 30-year-old Bradley Wright were cited for trespassing on Glacier Highway.
