The brief statement reiterated that the deputy mayor and Assembly member Mary Becker is now the city\u2019s mayor.<\/p>\n<p>City Manager Kim Kiefer was out of town on vacation at the time of Fisk\u2019s death, but she will has cut her travels short and will be back in her office Thursday morning, Deputy City Manager Rob Steedle said in the statement.<\/p>\n<p>Becker has rescheduled the business from Monday\u2019s canceled Assembly meeting to its Dec. 21 meeting.
