He was taken to Johnson Youth Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving Without License<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:43 p.m. on Wednesday, 29-year-old Tyler James Phillips was cited and released on Riverside Drive for driving without a license and violating conditions of release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Violating Conditions of Release<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:23 p.m. on Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a 39-year-old man violating his conditions of release on Ka See An Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Violating Sex Offender Registration Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:54 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD began an investigation into a 38-year-old man violating sex offender registration requirements on Marine Way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:16 p.m. on Wednesday, 61-year-old Ernest Earl Ellison was arrested on Gull Way on a $250 JPD warrant.
