He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:29 p.m. on Saturday, 42-year-old Donnelly Carboneau was issued a citation for driving without a license and released on Tongass Boulevard. The vehicle he was driving was impounded for being unsafe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:01 p.m. on Saturday, 43-year-old Philip Liantonio was arrested on charges of theft, false information and a warrant for failure to appear on Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attempt to Serve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:38 p.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old Brandi Alice Hinchman was arrested on two JPD warrants on Glacier Highway.
