Krag Campbell, police received a complaint reporting a loud noise in the area around 1:30 a.m. Thursday, which police believe is when the crash occurred.<\/p>\n<p>The debris from the fence had been cleaned up later that morning and the stop sign was replaced.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle and driver did not stay at the scene following the crash, Campbell said.
