A case was created for documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:40 p.m. on Friday, a case was created for safekeeping on Gastineau Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:55 p.m. on Friday, 69-year-old Phillip Melendrez was arrested on Mendenhall Loop Road for theft and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Violating Conditions of Release<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:26 p.m. on Friday, a woman was arrested in the Juneau area for violating conditions of release and unlawful contact. She was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 6:10 p.m. on Friday, 46-year-old Theodore Lauth was cited and released on Glacier Highway for trespass and violating conditions of release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:59 p.m. on Friday, Richard Mascasaet was arrested on Lemon Creek Road on a $250 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of petition to revoke probation.
