He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving While Intoxicated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, 60-year-old Scott Milton Stuart was arrested for driving under the influence. He was taken to LCCC and his vehicle was impounded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Runaway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:34 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD received a report of a runaway 15-year-old girl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:14 p.m. on Tuesday, a man reported a theft from local business on Mendenhall Mall Road.
