He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:48 p.m. on Monday, 24-year-old Jasmine Long was arrested on Cinema Drive for trespass. She was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 1:22 p.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation on Willoughby Avenue into a report of a criminal trespass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Violating Conditions of Release<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:03 p.m. on Monday, 48-year-old John Katzeek was arrested on Egan Drive for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 3:35 p.m. on Monday, 46-year-old Theodore Lauth was arrested on Vintage Boulevard for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:15 a.m. on Monday, 45-year-old John Morgan Brantner was arrested on Calhoun Avenue on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an orginal charge of assault.<\/p>\n<p>At 12:48 p.m. on Monday, 36-year-old Leon Paul was arrested on Cinema Drive on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
