He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 5:15 a.m. on Thursday, money was returned to the Juneau Police Department for safekeeping from Shell Simmons Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, a case was created on Skaters Cabin Road to document a non-compliance to a sex offender registry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:25 p.m. on Thursday, 31-year-old Nicolis Martyn Estioko-Bell was cited and released on Glacier Highway for two counts of shoplifting and violating conditions of release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, JPD began an investigation into a reported trespass and criminal mischief in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 9:05 a.m. on Thursday, 27-year-old Darryn Lee was arrested on Willoughby Avenue on a $1,000 warrant on original charges of theft, vehicle theft and reckless driving.
