Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 10:32 a.m. on Thursday, 35-year-old Ross Apangalook was arrested on Aspen Avenue for an outstanding Alaska State Troopers no-bail warrant. He was taken to LCCC.
