Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:25 p.m. on Monday, a cell phone was turned into JPD for safekeeping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unlawful Contact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 6:25 p.m. on Monday, a man was arrested in the Juneau area for unlawful contact, violating conditions of release and resisting arrest.
