He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sex Crime<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:01 p.m. on Thursday, the Juneau Police Department began a confidential investigation into a report of sexual abuse of a minor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:47 p.m. on Thursday, 18-year-old Alexzander Cozzi was cited and released on Teal Street for criminal trespass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unlawful Contact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 5:07 p.m. on Thursday, JPD began an investigation into unlawful contact that occurred in September.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:40 p.m. on Thursday, 31-year-old Nicolis Martyn Estioko-Bell was arrested on Cinema Drive on two $25 JPD warrants.
