After watching video footage of the break-in, police determined that Matthew G. Ritchey, 30, was behind the burglary, according to a JPD press release.<\/p>\n<p>Ritchey allegedly accessed the building, located at 2 Marine Way, through a window. According to police, he then broke into the upstairs office from which he reportedly stole hundreds of dollars of property by smashing a window.<\/p>\n<p>Officers arrested Ritchey downtown later that day and charged him with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft.
