You, the reader, provide the photos, artwork and information.<\/p>\n<p>Neighbors is published in each Saturday&rsquo;s paper and online as received. We ask any material containing time and date information be submitted by 5 p.m. Wednesday for Saturday&rsquo;s paper and at least three weekdays in advance for online publication.<\/p>\n<p>The Empire reserves the right to edit all submissions.
