Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:30 a.m. on Monday, a 36-year-old male reported shoplifting from a business on Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:07 p.m. on Monday, a 33-year-old female reported a 24-year-old male trespassed at a business on Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>At 4:33 p.m. on Monday, 62-year-old Thomas Bell was arrested on Teal Street for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
