The Juneau Police Department said Wednesday it arrested a woman in connection to a home burglary on Taku Boulevard.<\/p>\n
Reyna Marie Regalado, 31, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft, and she was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center, police said.<\/p>\n
JPD Sgt. Chris Gifford wrote in a news release that police received a report of a residential burglary in the 4000 block of Taku Boulevard at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Police determined someone entered the home through a bedroom window, and that several items of \u201crelatively low value\u201d had been taken from both inside and outside of the home.<\/p>\n
\u201c… The suspect apparently coiled a garden hose in the yard, and swept off the front porch,\u201d Gifford said in the release, noting an apparent oddity in the case. He also noted that the victim reported that one of the missing items had been returned to the home the same day.<\/p>\n
