Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:04 p.m. on Sunday, 36-year-old Amanda Marie Phillips was arrested on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive on a $250 Juneau Police Department warrant. She was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:43 p.m. on Sunday, 42-year-old Retta Leigh Anne Ussery was arrested for criminal trespass on Teal Street.
