Talia was arrested for driving under the influence, refusal, reckless endangerment, driving without a license, failure to stop and domestic violence criminal mischief on James Boulevard. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welfare Check<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 5:14 p.m. on Sunday, 63-year-old Randall Walling was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Postal Way.
