Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Police Assist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:32 a.m. on Thursday, JPD assisted wth a pre-trial remand on Stark Street.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:46 a.m. on Thursday, JPD assisted another agency with an investigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 10 a.m. on Thursday, 33-year-old Richard Matthew Davis was cited and released for shoplifting and trespass on Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 10:43 a.m. on Thursday, a 23-year-old male reported the theft of a couple of backpacks and their contents on Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:28 p.m. on Thursday, a 68-year-old female reported the theft of a pack of cigarettes on Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:21 p.m. on Thursday, 31-year-old Alexander Geurin was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Hospital Drive.
