He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center, and charged with promoting contraband and violating conditions of release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Out With Subject or Situation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:18 a.m. on Tuesday, 62-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was cited and released for trespass on Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:06 p.m. on Tuesday, 25-year-old Dylan Fears was arrested for driving while intoxicated and interfering on Willoughby Avenue. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:18 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD assisted probations with a remand on Nugget Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:46 p.m. on Tuesday, 42-year-old Stephen Robert William Brower was arrested on Glacier Highway for trespass and violating conditions of release.
