He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 5:14 p.m. on Tuesday, 22-year-old Curtis Stauss was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $1,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant for petition to revoke probation on an original charge of reckless endangerment. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 9:08 p.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old William Hinchman was cited and released for driving without a license on Marine Way. The vehicle was impounded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:47 p.m. on Tuesday, 49-year-old Jarrod Briley was cited and released on Marine Way for criminal trespass.
