He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mental Subject<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:10 a.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department forwarded a report to Adult Protective Services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Runaway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:21 p.m. on Monday, JPD received a report of a runaway 15-year-old male on North Street. He was later located.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:21 a.m. on Monday, JPD began a confidential investigation into suspicious activity on Bonnett Way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:49 p.m. on Monday, 48-year-old Johnny Matkins was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Industrial Boulevard. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 6:18 p.m. on Monday, 53-year-old Ollie Stewart was arrested for trespass on Shell Simmons Drive.
