Domestic violence was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attempt to Serve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:12 p.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Tamara Jones was arrested on Douglas Highway on a $500 warrant, and 26-year-old Lyle Martin III was arrested on a $500 warrant and providing false information.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:55 p.m. on Thursday, 60-year-old Tood Eugene Richards was arrested on a $500 warrant for vehicle theft on Jordan Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:53 p.m. on Thursday, a backpack found on Glacier Avenue was turned into JPD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Out With Subject or Situation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:34 a.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Richard Macasaet was arrested on Marine Way on a $500 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft, and also charged with unlawful contact and violating conditions of release.
