He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions Violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 9:15 a.m. on Friday, JPD began an investigation into unlawful contact on Lemon Creek Road. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Runaway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:52 p.m. on Friday, JPD received a report of a 14-year-old female runaway on Mountain Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sex Crime<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:25 p.m. on Friday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a possible sexual assault.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:08 a.m. on Friday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.<\/p>\n<p>At 3:24 p.m. on Friday, 52-year-old John Robert Cottrell was arrested for trespass and violating conditions of release on Teal Street. He was taken to LCCC.
