What&rsquo;s missing from the conversation is that a day of rest is important and I think we have forgotten that as a community. A day to spend with friends and family, a day to go on a picnic without long streams of traffic and a day to enjoy all that Juneau has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>When I grew up, all the stores were closed so everyone got a day of rest. I think it&rsquo;s a good thing to have Saturday free of all the noise, congestion and traffic.
