Attempt to Serve<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 4:43 a.m. on Thursday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on seven warrants on original charges of trespassing, assault and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n

Camping Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 7:22 a.m. on Thursday, 45-year-old Garrett Derr was cited and released for disorderly conduct on Teal Street.<\/p>\n

Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 10:38 p.m. on Thursday, 42-year-old John Der Forchemer was arrested for assault on Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n

Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 7:17 p.m. on Thursday, a wallet found on Glacier Avenue was turned in to the Juneau Police Department and placed into safekeeping.<\/p>\n

Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 11:08 a.m. on Thursday, 42-year-old Nathan Nichols was arrested on Capital Avenue on $100 of warrants. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n

At 11:48 a.m. on Thursday, a 68-year-old female reported the theft of a lost backpack on Egan Drive.<\/p>\n

Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 5:52 a.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a 53-year-old male trespassing on Shell Simmons Drive.<\/p>\n

Trespassing in Vehicle or Vehicle Rifling<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, a 74-year-old female reported a vehicle rifling.<\/p>\n
