He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Death Investigation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 5:33 p.m. on Thursday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 70-year-old male. The death is not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:10 p.m. on Thursday, a 51-year-old male reported he was assaulted by a 45-year-old male on Teal Street. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:17 a.m. on Thursday, miscellaneous property found on Alaway Avenue was turned in to JPD for safekeeping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harassment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:37 p.m. on Thursday, JPD created a case for documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Out With Subject or Situation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:40 a.m. on Thursday, 25-year-old Louis Elmer Whittaker was arrested on Main Street on two $50 warrants for failure to appear on original charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release.
