She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Domestic Dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:21 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance between a 40-year-old female and a 45-year-old female on Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving While Intoxicated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:50 p.m. on Tuesday, 37-year-old Cassandra Walker was cited and released on Montgomery Street for driving without a license, an ignition interlock device violation and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:50 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD created an incident report to document the removal of vehicles from a road construction area on Douglas Highway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sex Crime<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:56 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD took a confidential report regarding a reported sexual assault.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:01 p.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Vintage Boulevard for larceny and violating conditions of release.
