He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:49 p.m. on Saturday, 25-year-old Tanisha Williams was arrested on Northwood Drive on an Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>At 6 p.m. on Saturday, a 51-year-old female reported her neighbor&rsquo;s kayaks had been stolen on Eleventh Street.
