He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Death Investigation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:13 p.m. on Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of a 64-year-old male. Next of kin have been notified and the circumstances do not appear to be suspicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:41 p.m. on Wednesday, 47-year-old Theodore Lauth was arrested on Riverside Drive for trespassing and violating conditions of release.<\/p>\n<p>At 9:46 p.m. on Wednesday, 49-year-old Harry Hewson was arrested on Willoughby Avenue on a $100 Alaska State Troopers warrant from Ketchikan for failure to appear on an original charge of concealing merchandise.
