Attempt to Serve<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, 51-year-old Dustin Jacobsen was arrested on Erin Street on a $10,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant for second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n

At 9:37 a.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old Kevin Joseph Jainese was arrested on Jordan Avenue on a $100 warrant for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n

At 7:38 p.m. on Tuesday, 28-year-old Wayne Nelson was arrested on a $1,000 warrant on Mendenhall Loop Road for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n

Burglary<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old male reported a burglary at a business on Anka Street.<\/p>\n

At 2:27 p.m. on Tuesday, 29-year-old Henry Yandell was arrested on Glacier Highway for second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree theft and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n

Conditions Violation<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 11:52 a.m. on Tuesday, 50-year-old Steven Lythgoe was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for violating a domestic violence order, unlawful contact and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n

At 1:24 p.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old Jamie Sekona was arrested for unlawful contact on Mendenhall Loop Road. He was taken to LCCC. Domestic violence was a factor.<\/p>\n

At 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday, a 34-year-old female reported a 41-year-old male violated a domestic violence protective order.<\/p>\n

Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 9:28 a.m. on Tuesday, a firearm found on Emily Way was seized by the Juneau Police Department for destruction.<\/p>\n

Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 1:22 p.m. on Tuesday, a 43-year-old male reported a fraudulent account through AT&T on Alaway Avenue.<\/p>\n

Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 12:43 p.m. on Tuesday 33-year-old Dillon Ikaika Walter was cited and released for criminal trespassing on Glacier Highway.<\/p>\n

Welfare Check<\/strong><\/p>\n
