She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Out With Subject or Situation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:33 p.m. on Wednesday, 53-year-old Michelle Rita Marie Howard was cited and released for trespassing on Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:42 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD responded to two people trespassing at a business on Willoughby Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:46 p.m. on Wednesday, 40-year-old Shamar Ferguson was arrested for theft on Taku Boulevard. She was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 9:56 p.m. on Wednesday, a 49-year-old male reported his vehicle stolen on Cinema Drive.
