He was taken to the Johnson Youth Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions Violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:49 a.m. on Saturday, 66-year-old Richard Willard was arrested on Douglas Highway for violating a domestic violence protective order, unlawful contact and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Found Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:26 a.m. on Saturday, property found on Shell Simmons Drive was taken into custody for safekeeping by the Juneau Police Department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Not a CCFR Call<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:44 p.m. on Saturday, 39-year-old Jonathan William James was arrested on Marine Way on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of violating conditions of release and a petition to revoke probation.
