There are two entrances, one facing Seward Street and the other facing Municipal Way. The entrance facing Municipal Way only allows elevator access to the third floor. The third floor is only accessible by stairs if you use the Seward Street entrance.<\/p>\n<p>Though the Lands and Resources Division\u2019s offices have moved, its mailing address hasn\u2019t changed. To reach the division by post, address mail to 155 S.
