He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions Violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:14 p.m. on Wednesday, a report was created in reference to a conditions violation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 9:50 a.m. on Wednesday, 47-year-old Dorothy Attakai was arrested for third-degree assault on Mendenhall Mall Road. She was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, 32-year-old John Garner was arrested on $200 of warrants on original charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>Domestic Dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:18 a.m. on Wednesday, 30-year-old Alesa Abbott was arrested on Hayes Way for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.
