He was also charged with refusal. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>At 11:26 p.m. on Tuesday, 40-year-old Xavier Reillo was arrested on Trout Street for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Out With Subject or Situation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:50 a.m. on Tuesday, 37-year-old Ashley Stansell was arrested on Teal Street on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.
