He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:05 p.m. on Sunday, 41-year-old Charles Patrick Yates was arrested on Glacier Highway on two $250 warrants for failure to appear on original charges of assault, violating conditions of release and trespassing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vandalism or Graffiti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, a 59-year-old female reported vandalism to her black Ford SUV on Thunder Mountain Road.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welfare Check<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:55 a.m. on Sunday, 26-year-old Johnnie Johnson was arrested on Riverside Drive on two $100 warrants for violating conditions of release on original charges of larceny and assault. He was taken to LCCC.
