Assault<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:43 a.m. Friday, a 29-year-old man reported being assaulted by a 35-year-old man in the 1700 block of Glacier Avenue. <\/p>\n Domestic violence<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 6:58 p.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a domestic, and a case was created for the Office of Children\u2019s Services.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 5:33 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of trespassing, assault, theft and destruction of property. Domestic.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:15 p.m. Thursday, a 41-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Drunken driving<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:05 a.m. Friday, 53-year-old Terrance Grummet was arrested for DUI after driving erratically in the 1900 block of Douglas Highway and failing a field sobriety test. His breath alcohol content read 0.210 on the DataMaster device. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Wednesday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to six EMS calls, one transport call to take a patient and flight team from the hospital to the airport, and a call to the airport to standby for an aircraft with gear issues. The aircraft landed without any problems.<\/p>\n \u2022 On Thursday, CCFR responded to five EMS calls, a request to assist an invalid, a call that was cancelled en route to Hospital Drive and a request to respond to a building on Shell Simmons Drive for a shorted electrical wire. Upon arrival at that building, no fire was found and the case was left to the building\u2019s maintenance.<\/p>\n Shoplift<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 1:08 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of theft in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:19 p.m. Thursday, 36-year-old Kyle D. Nolan was arrested for shoplifting liquor in the 400 block of Whittier Street. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n Suicidal subject<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:33 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a suicidal subject.<\/p>\n Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:20 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a missing firearm last seen in July on a vessel in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road. The firearm was described as a .45 caliber AMT hardballer with stainless black grips.<\/p>\n Warrant arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 2:45 p.m. Friday, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a white 2015 Chevrolet Silverado for speeding in a school zone on Glacier Highway at Auke Bay Elementary. Investigation revealed the 49-year-old Juneau resident had two warrants out for his arrest for failure to appear in court on the original charge of violating a domestic violence protective order.
