Animal control is investigating.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:59 a.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into an incident of fraud of Bonnett Way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Police Alarm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 4:44 a.m. on Monday, a window to a business on 3rd Street was damaged.<\/p>\n<p>At 5:07 a.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into a burglary on Mendenhall Mall Road.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Police Assist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:35 p.m. on Monday, JPD assisted adult probations on Shell Simmons Drive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoplifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:14 p.m. on Monday, 57-year-old Lance Cesear was arrested on Franklin Street for criminal trespassing, violating conditions of release and concealment of merchandise. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
