She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:14 p.m. on Tuesday, 33-year-old Nicholas Cochran was arrested for vehicle theft on Anka Street.
