Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, a gold Infiniti was impounded for improper parking on Gold Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, a 17-year-old male was arrested for minor consuming and then driving. The vehicle was impounded and he was released to the custody of his aunt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 12:42 a.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old Wilbur Katasse was arrested on Trout Street for driving while intoxicated.
