He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shots Fired<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 11:12 a.m. on Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of shots fired in the are of the North Douglas waterfall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 7:22 a.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Ray Brouillette was cited and released on Teal Street for trespassing. Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Justin Ridinger was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
