He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions Violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 9:11 a.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation in a violation of conditions of release. Domestic violence was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>At 3:22 p.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Robert Beierly was arrested on Granite Drive for unlawful contact. He was taken to LCCC.
