Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Stop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 3:10 a.m. on Wednesday, 51-year-old Jereme Martuscelli was arrested on Mendenhall Loop Road on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of driving while license suspended\/revoked and violating conditions of release.
