If skies are clear, low-level displays may be visible overhead from Utqia&#289;vik to Fairbanks, and may be visible low on the northern horizon from as far south as Anchorage and Juneau. Moon phase: Waxing Gibbous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, Feb. 9 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quiet aurora activity forecasted. If skies are clear, quiet displays may be visible directly overhead from Utqiag&#729;vik to Fort Yukon, and may be visible low on the horizon from Fairbanks to as far south as Unalakleet, Talkeetna and Tok. Moon phase: Waxing Gibbous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, Feb. 10<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moderate aurora activity forecasted. If skies are clear, moderate displays may be visible overhead from locations such as Utqiag&#729;vik to as far south as Talkeetna, and may be visible low on the horizon as far south as Bethel, Soldotna and Southeast Alaska.
