Next of kin has been notified and the circumstances are not considered suspicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Domestic Dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 6:28 a.m. on Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of a domestic violence assault on Allen Court. JPD later located and arrested 40-year-old John Gillen for second-degree domestic violence assault.
