Regarding the recent news story on police personnel shortages and cameras downtown, continuous monitoring of cameras sounds ideal. As for the cost, I bet you could get volunteers from the community to take care of that task. This would be a great opportunity for retired folks who wants to volunteer in the community but are not comfortable with more traditional extrovert-oriented volunteering.<\/p>\n
