Cowper, who previously worked as a lawyer in Fairbanks, discussed his intention to cut the governor\u2019s staff and reform the office.<\/p>\n<p>In Fritz Cove, a woman found a confused bald eagle in her house after it flew through one of her glass windows, shattering the pane and spreading glass all over the floor.
