Investigation continues. Domestic.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 4:26 p.m. Thursday, confidential investigation into a report of child abuse. Domestic.<\/p>\n Conditions violation<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 6:57 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated a report of a domestic violence protective order violation. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n Criminal trespass<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:40 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a fire alarm in the 300 block of Distin Avenue, and investigation continues into a report of criminal trespass. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 6:26 p.m. Thursday, an unknown person stole a backpack in the 200 block of Franklin Street. Investigation continues.<\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:38 a.m. Friday, a 42-year-old man and woman armed themselves with a wooden club and a metal pipe and then confronted another couple about the theft of an iPad in the 2200 block of Trout Street. The second couple felt threatened and they pepper sprayed the first couple. Medics were called to assist the first couple with pain management. Investigation continues. Unknown if alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n Domestic dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 12:49 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a domestic dispute and arrested a 35-year-old man for domestic-violence related criminal mischief.<\/p>\n False statement<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 On Friday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited Caleb Comas, 24, of Juneau, $310 for false statement regarding residency on his 2012 Alaska sport fishing license.<\/p>\n Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 9:07 p.m. Thursday, a 58-year-old woman reported that approximately $500 worth of ammunition was stolen from her residence sometime between Jan. 1 and 7 in the 9700 block of Nine Mile Creek Road.<\/p>\n Warrant arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 At 10:45 a.m. Friday, Alaska State Troopers contacted Benjamin Bingham, 33 of Juneau, at the Juneau DMV after receiving information he had warrants for his arrest. Investigation revealed he had three warrants for his arrest for failing to report to jail on the original charges of DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and criminal mischief.
