Bill Walker to reform the credit system that rewards oil companies for drilling in Alaska.<\/p>\n<p>House Bill 247 will be heard from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and again from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Juneau residents may visit the Capitol, Room 128, to offer testimony in person.
